I don't mind this being my first submission for the new year, it ties in with new views and hope and respects

blah blah blah
It's simple and awful in perspective and proportions but I made this because
I'm tired of people's awful views
bias
stubbornness I guess.
I'm stubborn if you're being ridiculous, I won't deny. But I listen if you're going to be rational and mature.
But others...I just recently learned how...how they aren't as much like that as I want. Those specific others. People who I thought could be rational.
Sometimes there's another way to do things.
Sometimes there's another side to the argument or story.
Sometimes yelling isn't going to teach us anything.
Sometimes we just want to think about things and get some rest to properly react.
Sometimes there's another way to deal with others.
...I wish the people I knew would really understand. Not just for me, but because I'm sure others are like this. In fact, this instigation was on behalf of someone else.
Sometimes we get tired of trying to convince you otherwise. Sometimes we're tired of opening options and showing what else there is.
Sometimes people should just listen to others and not just themselves.
Sometimes you should just stay quiet for a moment and see what else there is to come.
Being disappointed at people is a great way to start off the year, hm? But maybe it's a lesson to help improve later on.
